Basketball Secondary Break Packages Notebook

THE SECONDARY BREAK PACKAGES NOTEBOOK is a great 28-page resource tool for coaches at all levels of competition. It begins with a detailed breakdown of the infamous Carolina Secondary Break that has become a staple of that program. The notebook then builds on that Traditional Secondary Break to add four (4) options every time you come down the floor. The options are baseline option, reversal option, post feed option, or cross-over option. Every trip down the floor your point guard simply takes what the defense gives, and based upon where the ball goes, your players respond accordingly. The notebook contains many different secondary packages, with each package having four (4) different options. If you have a great 3-point shooting team, the "TREY" package gives you four options to run that will give your team a great look from behind the 3-point line. If you have a strong post game, the "POST" package gives you four options your team can run to get the ball to the post. Other packages included in this notebook are the "SCREEN AND ROLL" package, the "COWBOY" package, "ZONE" package, and many more! You can tell your team to run the "TREY" package for the next three minutes, and then immediately stand up and call "POST PACKAGE". You are now in a series of different offensive sets.
